That annoying belly fat!!

A lot of us face this problem, the annoying lower belly fat( the infamous GUT) that is SOOO hard to get rid of. Doesn't matter if you are skinny or not, some of us are just burdened with it.
Sometimes, no matter in what great shape i think i am, A TIGHT dress will always reveal the truth.
So i have started working out again and eating right (its an on and off dilema with me), just to get rid of that (and my hips were slowing getting out of control).
 I think what really made me think was when someone asked if i was pregnant after seeing one of my pics, I ALMOST DIED (melodramatic i know!).
Its not that big yet i must confess but i believe in nipping the problem BEFORE it turns into a BIG problem

CELEBRITY FASHION SHOW
