ENDING BREAST CANCER MONTH with a BANG!!!!

LISTEN UP everybody..I want to end the Breast Cancer Month with a BANG. After that 8km Avon Walkathon in support of Breast Cancer Awareness there's still more to be done.Please help me to achieve that by pledging a contribution towards CANSA.

CANSA’s purpose is to lead the fight against cancer in South Africa. It's mission is to be the preferred non-profit organization that enables research, educates the public and provides support to all people affected by cancer. 

CANSA will be hosting a Jail n' Bail event in Soweto at Maponya Mall this coming Saturday on the 27th of October. You are more than welcome to attend and also contribute towards this cause.

BREAST SELF EXAM

Breast Cancer is one of the most serious diseases that women face. Statistics from CANSA say 1 in 29 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer. It is my wish that we all support each other and help raise more awareness about Breast Cancer. So in my quest to make a difference i thought i should share this video i found online.

Your health is your key to a well balanced life. So promise yourself that you will do a Breast self exam TODAY and remind your friends to do so too.
